This replacement component fits countertop Premier Chocolate Refiners (both the 8lb/3kg and 10lb/4kg models) acquired from November 2018 onward. The part consists of an aluminum gear equipped with a pre-installed heavy-duty bearing. It is powered by the gear belt attached to the motor pulley and interlocks directly with the black plastic gear.

Please note: To maintain your refiner’s longevity and minimize wear between the aluminum and plastic gears, you must apply either lithium grease or motorcycle chain lubricant.
