Order Processing & Dispatch
- PayPal / Electronic Payments: Dispatched within 24 hours (same day if placed before 10:00 AM CET).
- SEPA Bank Transfer (BACS): Dispatched immediately upon funds clearing into our account.

Receiving & Parcel Inspection
Due to the precision nature of melangers and granite components, please follow these steps upon delivery:
- Inspect Packaging: Check the outer box for punctures, crushed corners, or moisture.
- Damage Protocol: If damage is visible, request the DPD driver to fill out a formal Protocol of Damage prior to signing.
- Report Promptly: Notify our support team within 48 hours at support@melangers.eu with photos of the damage.
